Where is your jewelry made?
All of our jewelry is designed and manufactured in-house at our workshop in Beirut, Lebanon. Lebanon is a globally renowned hub for jewelry craftsmanship. Home to some of the best craftsmen in the world, one of the countries main exports remains to this day fine jewelry, sending top quality handmade creations to countries around the world. We have been working with our team for generations and will continue to support our community of talented creatives for as long as we can.
What is your jewelry made of?
All of our jewelry is made of 18K solid gold, natural diamonds and precious/semi-precious stones. All of the gold we use is carefully refined to ensure its accuracy before use. Every gold piece purchased from Zed jewelry has a “750” stamp ensuring it is made in 18K solid gold. We also make sure to inspect all of our gemstones and diamonds for quality and authenticity.
What does “Adjustable Chain Length” mean?
Adjustable means that our chains can be worn at different lengths. We use different styles of mechanisms for different necklaces. Some chains are made with multiple jump rings at the back so that they can be worn at different lengths. Others use a sliding ball mechanism so the chain can we shortened or lengthened as much as desired. The maximum length of each chain may vary depending on the product. Can i order a custom piece?

Are your diamonds natural?
All of the diamonds we use in our jewelry is carefully inspected and machine tested to ensure they are 100% natural. We do not use any lab grown or manufactured diamonds. Our diamond suppliers comply with the Kimberley Process ensuring that every gem is conflict-free.
What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on our site are listed exclusively in USD (United States Dollars) and do not include any applicable customs duties or taxes which the receiver may be required to pay upon delivery.
How do i find my correct size?
We have put together a size guide to help you find your perfect fit!
To find your ring size, we suggest getting sized at any local jeweler to ensure a perfect fit. Keep in mind that wider ring bands fit more snugly that thinner ring bands. Use a ring closest to the one you are purchasing for reference. All of our sizes are in European format, you can find the correct conversion from other formats in our size guide.
