Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 80 countries worldwide. These include Europe, USA, the Middle East, Asia and more. You will be able to select your destination country at checkout before placing your order.

What will my packaged order look like?

All Zed online orders are safely and carefully packaged by hand in our custom jewelry boxes and pouches as shown below. Every piece is placed in a black shipping box with a certificate of authenticity. If your order is a gift, please specify at checkout by selecting “Yes” under “This Order is a gift?” so that we can exclude the invoice from your package.

 
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will depend on your destination country. You will be able to view your shipping details before completing your order at checkout.

Do I need to pay additional customs when I receive my order?

You may need to pay additional customs and duties for your order once it arrives at its destination country. Kindly check with your local customs office for more information on this matter. We are not responsible for any customs duties, V.A.T. or clearance charges that may be imposed by your destination country’s customs office.

Is my package insured?

Yes, all orders placed on our site and shipped through DHL Express are insured throughout the transit process until they reach their destination country.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped with DHL Express ensuring the fastest and most secure delivery. Shipping time is typically 5-10 business days depending on the destination.

For Backordered products, please allow up to 20 business days for production before your order is shipped out (This includes all rings on our site that are made to order in your custom ring size). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

If one or more products in your cart are backordered, your package will be shipped out only once the backordered products are ready.

To make sure your package arrives safely, an adult signature will be required when your order is delivered. 

We are not responsible for possible delivery delays that may occur during the customs clearance process. In this case, kindly follow up with your local customs office regarding next steps. 

 

Returns

Orders placed on our site are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

Can i cancel my order? 

If you would like to cancel your order, please make sure to contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. In the case that your order has not yet been dispatched or production on your backordered item has not started, we will process the cancellation and refund your order.

I received an incorrect or faulty product.

Although every order placed on our site is carefully processed and packaged by hand, mistakes can occur. If you received an incorrect or faulty product, kindly contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of incorrect/faulty order must be provided with photographs of your order. As soon as your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. Once the package arrives at our address we will send a replacement. Please note that we are not responsible for refunding duties and taxes during this process.
