The Terms contain the entire understanding between Zed and customer regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior written agreements, understandings, negotiations, proposals and other representations, verbal or written. Zed and customer both acknowledge that they have not relied on any representations made by the other not expressed in these Terms.

Severability
1. If any part of these Terms is illegal or unenforceable, it will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the part will be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Terms.

1. The headings of any sections, subsections and paragraphs of the Terms are inserted for convenience only and are not intended to be part of or to affect the meaning or interpretation of the Terms.
